How To Order
You can order directly from our online catalog by using the menu bar on the left to bring you the appropriate product group (e.g. Z Garment Racks). From there, click on the model you are interested in to bring you to the order button. You can also order by fax or phone (the numbers are listed below). We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are welcome from established schools, businesses or organizations with proper credit approval. Billing is net 30. Also, you can input a purchase order online. Order a product, or products, as outlined above and select "Purchase Order" as the method of payment. We will contact you with acceptance and to verify your selections within 2 business days.

Guarantee
All merchandise is backed by a 30-day full satisfaction guarantee from delivery date. The "No Overload" guarantee covers only racks classified with a 500 lb load capacity. Product defects are covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty from date of delivery. Prior authorization from Sean James is required for all returns. We reserve the right to repair or supply replacement parts for any product deemed defective.
Shipping
The shipping charges are based on the shipping weight of the order. The per rack shipping charges vary depending on the size and weight of the rack. We do our best to hold down shipping prices, but almost all of our racks are subject to "ovesize" charges by Fed Ex, UPS. The range is from $14.50 to $28.50 per garment rack shipped anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax in any state except Georgia, where a 7% sales tax is applied.
