The "No Overload Guarantee" is for a period of 5 years from date of purchase and covers all the rolling garment racks on this website. We will replace or repair any rack that bends, sags, breaks or falls when used within stated weight limitations under normal use conditions. "Normal conditions" means indoors with no exposure to high winds on reasonably level floors. Sean James Enterprises reserves the right to replace any parts that can correct the defective condition. The "No Overload Guarantee" does not cover wearing parts like rubber wheels.
